How We Work

A Process Built Around Remarkable Together.

We embed ourselves in your team, understand your business constraints, and engineer solutions that are maintainable, scalable, and built to last — not just to impress in a demo.

01
Discovery & Architecture1 week

Clarity, Not Chaos.

Most projects fail because of decisions made in the first two weeks. We take discovery seriously precisely because it's the cheapest place to catch mistakes.

Before a single line of code is written, we spend time deeply understanding your business, your users, and your constraints. We challenge assumptions, identify risks early, and produce a blueprint that the entire project will be built on.

Deliverables

Requirements analysis & technical architecture
Tech stack recommendations with rationale
System architecture diagram
Technical requirements document
Risk register and mitigation plan
Delivery roadmap with milestones
02
Design & Prototyping2–3 weeks

You See It Before We Build It.

Our designers create high-fidelity interactive prototypes before a single line of production code is written. You see exactly what you're getting, iterate fast, and sign off with confidence.

We don't jump straight to building. Great design isn't decoration — it's problem-solving. We map user journeys, test assumptions with prototypes, and create a design system that will serve your product for years.

Deliverables

User research & persona mapping
User journey mapping
Wireframes for all core flows
High-fidelity Figma designs
Design system & component library
Interactive prototype for user testing
Usability testing before handoff
Accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1)
03
Engineering & Iteration6–16 weeks

Continuous Delivery. Continuous Feedback.

The worst thing we can do is disappear for three months and surface something you didn't expect. Continuous delivery means continuous feedback.

We ship working software every two weeks. Not demos — actual deployed, tested features. This keeps the feedback loop tight and means we can adapt to what we learn from real usage rather than assumptions.

Deliverables

Bi-weekly working product deployments
Code review on every pull request
Automated end-to-end test suite
Weekly async demo videos
Transparent ticket board (Linear/Jira)
Dedicated Slack channel with your team
CI/CD with GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins
REST & GraphQL API design
04
QA & PerformanceParallel with engineering

Quality is Non-Negotiable.

Quality isn't the stretch goal. It's the baseline. We don't ship things we're not proud of.

QA is embedded throughout the process, not bolted on at the end. We run automated test suites on every commit, manual exploratory testing on every sprint, and full performance audits before launch.

Deliverables

Lighthouse scores > 90 on all pages
OWASP security checklist completion
Load test results & bottleneck fixes
Accessibility audit (WCAG 2.1)
API documentation with OpenAPI/Swagger
Zero-downtime deployment
Role-based access control (RBAC)
Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform
05
Launch & Handoff1 week

Launching is When the Real Learning Starts.

Launching is when the real learning starts. The teams who win are the ones who iterate fastest on real user data.

We manage the production launch end-to-end, with monitoring in place from minute one. We don't disappear after deployment — we stay present through the stabilisation period and hand off with full documentation.

Deliverables

Production alerting & observability setup
Full documentation & knowledge transfer
Post-launch retrospective document
Growth roadmap for v1.1 onwards
Kubernetes orchestration & Helm charts
App Store & Google Play submission handled

Support & MaintenanceOngoing

Your Long-Term Technology Partner.

Your technology partner long after launch. Proactive monitoring, performance optimization, security patches, and feature iterations on your schedule.

We offer ongoing retainer engagements for clients who want us to remain embedded in their team. This includes proactive monitoring, monthly performance reports, priority SLAs for critical incidents, and continuous feature iteration.

Deliverables

Monthly performance & security reports
Priority SLAs for critical incidents
Proactive monitoring & alerting
Feature iteration & roadmap planning
Architecture review & technical due diligence

Things People Usually Ask

How involved do I need to be during the project?

As much or as little as you like. We run structured async check-ins and maintain a transparent ticket board so you can follow along in real time. Most clients spend 2–3 hours per week on review and feedback.

Do you work with fixed-price or time-and-materials contracts?

Both. For projects with well-defined scope, we offer fixed-price engagements with clear milestone payments. For exploratory or evolving projects, we work on a time-and-materials basis with weekly reporting.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes — we do this regularly. We'll conduct a code audit first to understand the current state, identify technical debt, and produce a remediation plan. We've rescued projects at every stage of development.

What happens if something goes wrong after launch?

We provide a 30-day warranty on all launches covering defects that arise from our work. After that, clients on support retainers receive priority SLAs. We've never abandoned a client after a difficult launch.

How do you handle communication across time zones?

We're async-first by design. All projects use Linear for task tracking, Slack for communication, and weekly recorded demo videos. We overlap with US, EU, and APAC timezones across our distributed team.

Sounds like how you like to work?

We're always looking for interesting problems to solve and founders to work alongside. The first conversation costs nothing and comes with no obligation.
